Keith Booker is the Principal of KB Training Solutions Ltd., an independent consultancy specialising in management training and development. His forte lies in the design, delivery and facilitation of training events covering a broad range of behavioural skills.
He has spent most of his working life in Sheffield, London and more recently West Yorkshire, mainly in service industries in both the public and private sectors. Keith has over twenty years experience in management training and development consultancy. He has the in-depth knowledge and skills of delivering successful training programmes to both large and small groups aimed at developing individuals, teams and organisations. He firmly believes that customised solutions which are specifically designed to meet identified needs and bring about improved work performance are the key to successful training.
Keith holds the Certificate in Training and Development, the Diploma in Training Management and the NLP Diploma in the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming. He is an M.B.T.I. Qualifying Practitioner and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
