Workshops and courses -
A variety of workshops and courses in each of the following:

These range from short half-day awareness raising sessions to two or three day courses where the emphasis is on skills development with plenty of scope for skills practise and individual feedback.

Foundation Skills for
Managing – a 5 module programme for new supervisors, team leaders or chargehands.

Management Development Programme - seven
2-day modules provide managers with the opportunity to explore and use basic skills which underpin management best practice.

Consultancy Services -
including Team building, Skills audits, Business planning,
Learning Resource Centre management and Performance management.
